Outside of being born in Missourri, Linda is a native of Colorado.She grew up on the Western slope and after school and getting married has lived on the Eastern slope to present.Linda enjoyed staying at home raising her family until her daughters graduated.After divorcing, she decided on a career, and was convinced by a friend to go to Real Estate School.She was licenced in 1991 and begin working for Metro Brokers and later owning and operating her own business there.
In 1997 she married Brian Morgan from Alberta Canada.Brian was a farmer, but sold his farm and moved to Brighton where he later also joined Linda in Real Estate.In his short time in Real Estate he has taken many classes to further his education.The most prestigous class award was obtaining his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. These classes taught him the knowledge and the professionalism for Commercial Real Estate.Brian does all of the company´s Development, Commercial, Retail, Buildings and Land.Also earned is CIPS (Certified International Property Specialists) designation, to improve his sales in the International Real Estate Market.He has sold property in Canada and Mexico as well as the USA.
In 2000, Brian and Linda bought there own office building, located at 1401 E Bridge in Brighton.They operated as Keller Williams for three years before they opened their own company which is currently Morgan Realty & Associates, LLC.
